Color and blonding are central to the menu. Full High Impact Blonding is a full session for noticeably lighter, blended results, and a complimentary consultation may be booked first if more time or color is needed. Lived In Blonding is a lower-maintenance option with results lasting four to six months. Global Bleach + Tone requires a complimentary consultation before booking, and its price varies by stylist. Highlighting services include one complimentary toner, and color services include two bowls of color, with extra bowls at $15 each. Root retouches cover up to an inch of regrowth and cannot stand in for a bleach retouch.

Pippi's introduced the RICA color and styling range to Cincinnati. RICA was established in 1993 on the eastern coast of Sicily, and its products are developed and made in RICA laboratories there. Volcanic water from Mount Etna is the main ingredient in all RICA formulas. The Chromoplus Colorica line is dermatologically tested and free of parabens, sulfates, phthalates, mineral oil, formaldehydes and oxybenzone. RICA demi and toner products are ammonia-free, while the permanent color line contains ammonia.

Cutting, extensions and treatments round out the menu. Haircuts and blowouts are customized to hair texture, face shape and styling preferences. Sew-in extensions use ethically sourced hair, last up to 12 months and need move-ups every six to eight weeks; new extension clients start with a consultation with an extension artist. The Classic and Express smoothing treatments are both formaldehyde-free, and the Express option is suitable for color-treated hair. Brow, lip and facial waxing is offered with tinting, with results lasting up to four to six weeks. The salon describes its waxing as the only liposoluble wax in the world.

Pricing is set by time, product used and stylist experience rather than by gender, and services are gender-neutral. Exact color pricing is given during a consultation with a preferred stylist, not by phone or social media. A 15-minute consultation, by phone or in person, is available for new clients, big changes, color corrections and extensions. There is no cancellation policy, but a no-show fee of the full service cost applies, and clients cannot rebook until it is paid or waived. Clients unhappy with a service may request adjustments from the original stylist within 48 hours. The salon is cashless and takes major credit and debit cards and contactless payment. Hours are Monday to Thursday 11am to 7pm, Friday 11am to 6pm and Saturday 10am to 6pm. Paid street parking and lots are available on Vine Street and 15th Street, partial validation is offered at the Mercer Garage on Vine Street, and 3CDC paid lots and garages line Vine Street.
