Classic sets place one extension on each natural lash, hybrid sets pair classic extensions at the lash line with handmade fans in the gaps, and volume sets use handmade fans across the whole lash line. The mega volume set is the fullest option and is built from the finest lashes the studio carries.
Each set is sketched before application, with five zones across the lid given their own length and curl. An online fitting tool lets people choose curl, length and fullness before booking. A deposit is required to hold an appointment, which can be booked through Fresha.
The brow menu includes lamination, which sets brow hairs upward and then shapes and tints them, with results lasting about six weeks. Brow shaping uses wax or thread, mapped to each client's bone structure rather than a stencil, and takes about fifteen minutes.

Each lash set is planned zone by zone across the lid before application, with length and curl chosen for each zone.
