Nail services are the core of the menu. Manicures and pedicures range from a Petite Pinky option for clients 10 and under to specialty pedicures priced from $65 to $98, many built around plant-based and natural ingredients such as rose water, Himalayan salt, lavender, and aloe vera. Seasonal rose-themed pedicures are also listed. Gel manicures and pedicures, Apres Gel-X and structured manicures, and dip manicures with or without extensions are offered, with gel and dip services followed by aftercare advice. Gel pedicures are recommended for maintenance every four to six weeks.

The salon also offers Dazzle Dry, a four-step nail polish system with more than 150 shades, and a set of face, lash, and brow services. Facials use the Préime line, which the salon describes as deep cleansing, exfoliating, and collagen-promoting. Eyelash extensions come in Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Mega Volume styles, alongside lash lifts, tints, and refills. Waxing covers the face, body, and limbs.

Pinky Links permanent jewelry is a separate offering. Chains are fused to the wrist, neck, or ankle, with the process taking about 15 to 30 minutes from chain selection through welding and on-the-spot adjustment. The business describes the welding as non-invasive. Walk-ins are accepted for this service, though appointments are preferred.

The salon is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, and is closed Sundays. Booking is online or by phone. A credit or debit card is required to book, and a 50% non-refundable retainer is applied toward the appointment. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; later cancellations and no-shows may be charged the full service. Clients are asked to arrive at least 10 minutes early.
