Everything is booked by appointment, and the studio is open every day of the week. Appointments are made through the website, but Sunday bookings are arranged by phone, and clients can call to ask whether a time not shown online will work. A card is taken at online booking but not charged until services are completed. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, otherwise a fee of 20% of the appointment price may apply, and completed services are non-refundable.
