In an extension consultation, clients can touch and see the hair and choose the texture they want before anything is installed. The salon says its extensions are designed to last for months. Silk presses turn curly hair into sleek, straight styles. The salon says a silk press lasts up to two weeks with proper care. Custom color ranges from subtle highlights to a complete color change, and a Scalp Detox treatment is offered for a deep cleanse that removes buildup and impurities from the scalp.
Clients can listen to music or watch Netflix during their appointment. Guests and children are not allowed at appointments. Every appointment requires a non-refundable reservation fee that is credited toward the final balance. Clients must arrive fully detangled, and detangling is available as an add-on priced per 30 minutes. Braids and twists must be combed out before the appointment.
Appointments run on a 10-minute grace period; later arrivals are canceled and the card on file is charged the remaining balance. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a 50 percent fee, and rescheduling requires a new reservation fee. Appointments must be canceled through the website, as Instagram messages are not accepted. Questions can be sent through the contact form. V.I.P appointments outside regular hours can be requested and receive a reply within 24 to 48 hours.
Business hours are Tuesday 2 to 10 pm, Wednesday 8 am to 4 pm, Thursday and Friday 12 to 8 pm, and Saturday 9 am to 6 pm. The salon is closed Sunday and Monday. Refunds are not issued for products, reservation fees or services, but concerns can be raised at the appointment, and the salon offers a 24-hour window to fix issues, after which a maintenance fee applies.
