Dreadlock work is a large part of the menu. Options include loc extensions (permanent or faux), free form locs, interlocking, loc styling, loc repairs and re-attachments, loc cutting or coloring, re-twisting with palm rolling, and Sisterlocks maintenance. Loc care also covers aromatherapy washes, scalp treatments, herbal steams, deep cleaning and conditioning, and build-up and lint removal. Only Lockology all-natural and organic loc maintenance products are used. The Ultimate Loc Detox moves through three stages: a detoxifying soak, a steam, and a clarifying shampoo. Hair treatments also include deep conditioning, an exfoliating scalp detox, herbal hot oil, a moisturizing steam, and an ultimate dandruff or scalp treatment. Silk pressing is a temporary straightening method using a flat iron and heat protectants; according to the salon, a silk press can last from 2 to 14 days depending on hair type, weather and avoiding moisture. The salon says it has done hundreds of silk presses.

A 30% deposit is required for all bookings. Cancellations and rescheduling need advance notice, and late changes carry a $25 fee. A no-show is charged 25% of the missed service, and clients arriving more than 10 minutes late pay a $10 fee; the stylist decides whether someone arriving more than 30 minutes late can still be seen. Services are final, so clients should check their service before leaving and raise any concerns during the appointment or within 24 hours. Gratuity is not included and is optional. Children under 16 must have a parent present, smoking is not allowed, and parking is available.

Braiders aim to avoid braiding hair too tightly and to protect the edges, to reduce the risk of traction alopecia. Sew-ins and installs are meant as protective styles and should not damage or thin the edges.
