Pink Lady Lash was founded in 2014 by Shelby Tarleton, who opened it in a small suite in Pflugerville, Texas. It later relocated and expanded to locations in Westlake and Cedar Park in 2016 and 2017. The business is listed at 3801 N. Capital of Texas Highway, Suite E120, in Austin.

The salon offers classic extensions, which place one extension on each natural lash for a mascara-style look, and volume extensions, which fan several ultra-thin extensions onto one natural lash. Classic fills start at $75 at the Lash Artist level and $90 at the Master Lash Artist level, mixed fills start at $85 and $95, and full sets start at $175 classic and $225 mixed at the Lash Artist level, with classic full sets at $250 and mixed at $275 for Master Lash Artists. Booking times are listed by the salon, and appointments can run shorter depending on the work needed. Classic full sets take up to 2 hours and classic touchups 30 to 60 minutes; volume full sets take up to 3 hours and volume touchups 45 to 90 minutes. A lash lift takes about an hour.
