Before an installation, the studio offers a consultation to help a client choose a style and a hair type that fits their daily life. Stylists also walk clients through how to care for their extensions until the next appointment.

The studio says its team are licensed cosmetologists and that it uses only high-quality and virgin hair products. It describes its hair as ethically sourced and carefully crafted. Clients can buy the studio's own hair in person or online, including virgin human hair bundles, clip-ins, tape-in extensions and lace closures.

Appointments have clear rules. Sew-in appointments are canceled after a 15-minute delay and a late fee applies. Only the client may attend a sew-in appointment, with no additional guests. Cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead are free; later cancellations are charged 50 percent of the service price, and no-shows are charged the full price.

The studio puts the condition of a client's natural hair ahead of the extensions and plans each install around the client's lifestyle.
