The salon emails a reminder 48 hours before an appointment and follows up by phone 24 hours before if the email is not confirmed.

Changes need 24 hours' notice. Later changes are charged 50% of the service fee, and no-shows are charged the full fee at the next appointment. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and cash are accepted, but not personal checks. Product sales are final except for defective merchandise. The salon is open Tuesday and Wednesday 9 am to 7 pm, Thursday 9 am to 8 pm, Friday 9 am to 7 pm and Saturday 8 am to 6 pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday.
