The piercing menu is extensive, covering nostril and septum, earlobe and cartilage, tongue and lip, nipple, navel, and cartilage placements such as helix, tragus, conch, rook, daith, and industrial, along with eyebrow, bridge, cheek, surface and dermal, and genital piercings. Prices depend on placement and start at $50 for nostril and septum piercings, with cheek piercings at $140. Children's earlobe piercings are also offered. Before a piercing, clients sign an online consent form, avoid alcohol and aspirin-type blood thinners for at least 24 hours, and show a valid ID. Clients under 18 need written consent from a parent or legal guardian, the guardian's ID, and proof of age such as a birth certificate or passport. Payment is due in full at the time of service, piercing fees are not billed to insurance, and no refunds are offered.

Body waxing covers the face, brows, underarms, arms, legs, back, chest, stomach, buttocks, and inner thigh, with several Brazilian and intimate options and a few packages. Brazilian waxes come with prep and aftercare guidance: hair should be at least a quarter inch long, tanning should be avoided for 24 hours beforehand, and hot water and direct sun on the area should be avoided afterward. Clients on their period can book a Brazilian if they wear a tampon or menstrual cup. Waxing is not offered on sunburned skin, broken skin, or skin infections in the area, and clients with conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, or active acne are asked to speak with the esthetician first. According to the FAQ, most clients book a Brazilian wax every four weeks.

Facials include the Back Facial, Acne Facial, Enzyme Facial, Hydration Facial, Ageless Facial, Men's Facial, Exfoliating Facial, and Firming Facial, most of them one-hour appointments. Facial Fridays is a shorter 40-minute option. The skin brightening menu covers chest, elbow, knee, underarm, neck, anal, and Pretty Kitty bleaching, each booked as a one-hour appointment.

The online shop sells piercing jewelry, including navel, nose, septum, industrial, nipple, daith, hoop, threadless, titanium, and tragus styles, with titanium and 14k gold among the materials listed. Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in set amounts or a custom amount.

Piercers use single-use, pre-sterilized needles and change into new disposable gloves during each service.
