Walk-ins are accepted when the schedule allows, or families can book online or through the salon's app. Hours are Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM, Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday from noon to 5 PM.

The haircut menu covers boys' and girls' cuts at standard and specialty levels, with options that include shampoo. Special packages add extras: a first haircut package includes a keepsake certificate and a souvenir lock of hair, and a princess package adds sparkle, a tiara and a photo. Ten haircuts can also be bought for the price of nine. Ear piercing is offered for children three years old and up, performed by trained staff with sterile, hypoallergenic earrings. The retail section sells child-safe hair products, accessories and gifts.

The salon's goal is to make each haircut an enjoyable experience for children, with a child-friendly setting and packages designed around milestones.
