Picco Perfect Salons is a hair salon and stylist based on the lower level of Elle J Beauty Lounge in Glastonbury. The salon's work centers on color, blonding, keratin treatments, extensions, relaxers, cuts and styling, with a small range of waxing services. Felicia Picco owns the business and does the colour and styling work herself.

The salon aims to keep a welcoming, enjoyable atmosphere for every guest and to give each person personal attention. Before styling, Felicia learns each client's preferences and suggests maintenance and styling routines that fit their daily life, and she shows clients how to care for their hair between visits. Men, women and children are all welcome.

Options run from basic color and root color to full and partial blonding, double dimension blends of highlights and lowlights, multi-tone ombre and sombre, customized gloss, and color corrections that are booked over several visits when needed. Fashion color is also offered. Color consultations are available for $35, and that fee is applied to the service if the client books it.

Keratin smoothing treatments start at $210 and include take-home products. The salon uses sulfate and paraben free products and describes the treatment as lasting up to three months. Extension work begins with a consultation where Felicia reviews goals, color matching, extension type, upkeep and home care. Installation includes the fitting, a haircut and styling, and the hair itself is priced separately after the consultation.
