Weight loss is physician-supervised and designed for adults. A medical evaluation comes first, followed by an individualized plan built on five pillars: physician involvement, behavior modification, nutrition support, activity and exercise, and medication therapy. Monthly plans start at $245 plus optional medication. Some plans include GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide or tirzepatide, and a medical consultation is required before GLP-1 therapy begins; the provider decides whether a medication is suitable. Plans may also include nutritional counseling, body composition analysis and a food and fitness tracking app. Other formats include a customized 30-day plan, a rapid 5-day fast plan, virtual programs that can be done at home, and curbside rapid pick-up as a way to begin.

The med spa menu spans facials, injectables, laser and clinical procedures, lip care, massage, teeth whitening, lash lifts with tinting, Celluma light therapy, Osmosis vitamin A infusions, and waxing. For men diagnosed with low testosterone and for people managing menopause symptoms, hormone therapy is available. The Total Transformation plan combines aesthetic treatments, med spa services, and medical weight loss care in one program. According to the salon, its med spa combines advanced medical technology with individualized attention, and it says its treatments are designed to look natural.

Patients can pay in installments through Cherry, which offers monthly plans with no hard credit check, though approval is required. CareCredit financing is also available, again subject to credit approval. Depending on their plan, patients may be able to put HSA or FSA money toward weight loss treatment when a physician has diagnosed a condition and prescribed it. The online shop carries nutritional products, weight loss supplements, and skincare items.
