The program is overseen by a physician and rests on five areas: physician involvement, behavior change, nutrition support, activity and movement, and medication therapy. Clients start with a medical evaluation, which leads to an individualized plan and then routine check-ins with a provider. The first visit is an in-depth consultation covering medical history, goals, body composition, metabolic factors and the proposed treatment. At intake, baseline labs such as a comprehensive metabolic panel and thyroid testing may be ordered, along with baseline measurements. Depending on the plan, clients may also receive body composition analysis, nutrition and lifestyle coaching, or access to a food and fitness tracking app. Medication is optional: certain plans can include GLP-1 drugs, semaglutide and tirzepatide among them, but only when a provider judges them suitable. A medical evaluation must come before weight loss treatment begins, and a medical consultation must come before any GLP-1 therapy.

The med spa side covers facials, injectables, laser and clinical treatments, lip services and other offerings. Every med spa treatment begins with a consultation about skin, goals and lifestyle, and a free consultation is offered. Injectable treatments are performed by injectors working under the supervision of a Medical Director. Laser hair removal is done on Rohrer Spectrum and Cynosure Elite+ systems, and professional teeth whitening uses the DaVinci laser system.

Hormone replacement therapy is offered as a service separate from weight loss, for diagnosed low testosterone in men and for treating menopause symptoms. Clients can start at home through virtual weight loss programs, begin with a curbside rapid pick-up, or book one-to-one appointments at a center.
