The menu is organized into color, cut, style and treatment services. Color work includes balayage and natural foil highlights, full and half highlights, single and double process color, lowlights, glosses, glazes and toners, and color corrections. Cutting covers women's and men's cuts, a first-time cut or consultation, a lived-in cut, and razor haircuts with texturing.

The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday by appointment only. Clients are asked to arrive five minutes early. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and no-shows are charged in full. The space is private and quiet, and the salon says it wants clients to be able to relax.
