Color is a major part of the menu. A color consultation is free. Root touchups, toner, full and partial highlights, and full and partial balayage are offered, with toner included in the highlight and balayage prices. Prices start at $85 for root touchups, $145 for full color, $150 for partial highlights, $180 for full highlights, $210 for partial balayage and $250 for full balayage. Haircuts for boys, men, girls and women are also available, with a women's cut, blow dry and style starting at $70. Shampoo, blow dry and style starts at $50, and curls or flat-iron work costs extra. Updos for special occasions are priced after a consultation.

Treatments include Olaplex, perms, Keratin Express, keratin treatments, Brazilian Blowout and Japanese straightening, with prices starting from $35 for Olaplex up to $360 for Japanese straightening. Waxing starts at $15. Pricing may vary by stylist, hair texture, length and density.

Walk-ins are welcome depending on availability, though booking is recommended because busy periods can mean a wait. Chemical services require a valid credit card to reserve an appointment. The salon asks for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and cancellations are made by phone during business hours. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged 50% of the scheduled price. Clients who give an email address receive an automatic confirmation 48 hours ahead. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean the appointment is moved.

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash and checks are accepted. Tips are not accepted on credit cards or checks. There is an ATM in the salon with a $1.50 fee. Concerns about a service should be raised within 7 days of the appointment, and adjustments are offered; refunds are not given because of the nature of the services. Hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 8pm, Saturday 9am to 7pm and Sunday 9am to 5pm. Job applicants are asked to email a resume.
