Color is a major part of the menu: single process color, partial and full highlights, balayage (offered with or without gloss included), and glossing as an add-on. Corrective color is available after a consultation. Cuts and styles are priced by hair length and include children's cuts, clipper cuts, short and long cut-and-style options and a Deva package. Blowouts, special occasion updos, perms, straightening and the G.K. Smoothing System are also offered.

The salon is open Tuesday 11am to 7pm, Wednesday 10am to 7pm, Thursday 11am to 7pm, Friday 10am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 4pm, and is closed Monday and Sunday. Parking is validated at the Parcel 7 Garage (Hay Market Garage) at New Sudbury Street and Congress Street.

Two group bookings stand out. Kids birthday parties suit groups of 4 to 8 girls age 5 and older, running about two hours, with a braided, curled or themed hairstyle, light age-appropriate makeup and mini manicures. The evening masterclass covers everyday hairstyles, updos, blowouts and makeup for groups of 5 to 10 guests over about three hours, followed by lounge time with light bites and refreshments. Masterclass guests arrive with freshly washed hair and sign a consent form beforehand.
