Suites are leased month to month with no long-term lease. The lease covers all utilities except the phone, along with overhead expenses. Each suite comes equipped with what a professional needs to launch a business, and professionals set their own hours, rates and ambiance inside their suite.

Shared spaces include free Wi-Fi for professionals and clients, a break room with a microwave, sink and seating, and on-site laundry with free use of commercial washers and dryers. Clients have ample parking, a mini-marquee directory shows each professional and their services, and after-hours security systems are in place. Suites have ten to twelve foot ceilings, upscale flooring and windowed doors.

Professionals run their own suites on flexible month-to-month leases, setting their own hours, rates and ambiance.

The interior has dramatic water features, bright lighting, several seating areas and acoustic privacy.
