The treatment menu is organized into clear groups. Signature Treatments and Packages are each 90 minutes, with a prenatal option for mothers-to-be in their second or third trimester. Facials run 60 or 90 minutes and include dermaplaning and a prescription-style facial using Dr. Babor products. Massage is offered in 60 or 90 minute sessions, from a golf-focused recovery massage and a hot stone massage to lomi lomi, with a maternity massage and a couples option. Shorter 30-minute add-ons such as a scalp treatment and a leg and foot treatment must be booked alongside another service.

Waters of the World is a spa area with three mineral pools, among them Dead Sea and Salies-de-Béarn, along with an outdoor hot tub. Guests can pair it with steam rooms, a sauna and the Himalayan Salt Chamber. Skin and technology treatments include OxyLight and Radiance LED facials and a Deluxe Hydrafacial, and there are acupuncture and cupping sessions. The Champagne of the Sea Ritual comes with a glass of sparkling wine poolside and can be booked for two people.

Spa services carry a 22% service charge applied at check-out, with additional gratuities at the guest's discretion. Most services are for guests 18 and older, and nail services for guests 16 and older. A minimum spend of $100 per guest is required for full amenity access, and member pricing of 20% off regular services is available Monday through Thursday with a membership card.
