The salon describes its Invisible Bead Extensions as the method most often requested by clients. Installation is priced per row, and an initial investment is estimated at approximately $1,260 for one row, $2,380 for two rows or $3,170 for three rows. That estimate covers the installation, extension hair, initial custom coloring of the wefts, a home maintenance starter kit and a dry cut and style. Further coloring or cutting is billed separately. An extension reinstall is booked about seven weeks after the first installation.
Wigs and toppers are the other core offering. The salon carries a curated selection of Uniwigs, Milano and Follea pieces, along with ready-to-wear options listed from $867 to $2,666. Most custom wigs and toppers range from $1,500 to $9,500, depending on hair quality, customization, length and density. Services for these pieces include washing and styling, basic cutting and shaping, color refreshes, custom fitting and revitalization. Petra Tuss also helps clients choose the cap, fit and style that suit their lifestyle and scalp needs, and the salon describes a private fitting option.
Booking terms are set out in detail. Extension services require a non-refundable 50% deposit. Wig and topper orders require full payment when placed, and special-order pieces are non-refundable and cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged once ordered. Customization labor is non-refundable, and a wig or topper becomes final sale once it has been cut, colored, customized or worn. Eligible ready-to-wear pieces may be returned or exchanged within three calendar days of confirmed delivery if they are unworn, unwashed and unaltered. Changes require at least 48 hours' notice. Natural hair color services are available only to established salon guests.
The salon says it partners with brands that prioritize health, sustainability and quality, and it recommends sulfate-free, alcohol-free and protein-free products for extensions and wigs.
