The business centers on hair extensions and color. Hand-tied extensions are installed with the Invisible Bead Extensions method, which the business says is undetectable, comfortable and does not pull on the scalp. It calls its extensions the best option on the market. An install includes custom coloring of natural and extension hair, installation, a cut and style, and photos, and each install comes with a home care kit and written care instructions.
New clients begin with an online intake form, and the stylist replies within 48 hours. Extension consultations are free and can take place in person, over Zoom or by text. A consultation is required for an accurate quote, and after it a custom quote is provided. A non-refundable $600 deposit secures the install appointment. Extensions need maintenance every 6 to 8 weeks as hair grows out, and the business expects them to last 8 to 10 months with proper care, using the products the stylist recommends.
Color services are booked online, and the stylist follows up by text to collect appointment details. A credit card is required at booking to hold appointments. Cancellations need 48 hours' notice, and cancellations without any notice are charged the full service fee. Clients who prefer a chat-free visit can add a silent appointment to any service at no charge.
