Brow work is the core of the menu: microblading, powder or ombré brows, machine hair strokes, nano brows and combo brows, which pair microblading with ombré or powder shading. A Brow Highlighter add-on is also available. Eyeliner options include natural eyeliner with shadow, upper-lid volume liner and soft lash enhancement on the top and bottom lids, along with lash enhancement liner and velvet liner. The studio also does 3D areola tattooing, scalp pigmentation and scar revision.

Skin and body services use Venus Versa equipment for facial rejuvenation, skin tightening on the face, neck and décolleté, and body contouring. Other treatments include Flashback skin correction, Tribella 3-in-1 and photo facial. Medical aesthetic services such as Botox or Xeomin and MediThreads are offered with a medical director, Dr. Michele Legall.

Corrective work covers existing permanent makeup and hyperpigmentation. Clients send clear photos for evaluation, and color correction, cover-ups and 3D areola work start with a consultation. Phone consultations are free and private consultations cost $100, a non-refundable fee for the artist's commute and expenses that is not applied to the procedure. A $100 non-refundable booking fee holds the slot and covers supplies, and the balance is due the day of the procedure. Payment is accepted by Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay, cards and cash in person. A membership costs $25 a month after a free first month and gives members about one-third off most services.

Before a session, clients submit medical history and client forms online. Arnica montana is recommended a week or more ahead and through healing, growth serums should be stopped at least a month before brow and eyeliner work, and lash extensions should be removed three to four days before eye procedures. Contact lens wearers are asked to bring glasses and not reapply lenses until fully healed. Clients prone to fever blisters need an antiviral prescription before lip work. Allergy testing is optional, must be requested at least a week in advance and does not guarantee no future reaction. Rescheduling needs five days' notice: the first move is free if rebooked into one of the next three open spots, the second costs $100, the third $300, and each later move adds $100. No-shows forfeit the booking fee, and clients who arrive with unhealed skin treatments, sunburn or recently tanned skin will not be treated.

Uses a conservative, layered approach with intentional placement and upright positioning, often building color across several sessions. The studio notes that results, healing and longevity vary by person, since the work is tattooing on the face.
