Connie Pearson

Connie Pearson owns Permétika and works there as an artist and trainer. She is listed as a Master Artist and Medical Aesthetician, began creating custom permanent cosmetics in April 2002, and created the BROWS 360 method.

She trained at A&C Cosmetology School in Del Rio, Texas, in 1980, and at the Texas Academy of Art in Houston from 1981 to 1982. Her early art school training covered composition and color theory. Her earlier work includes time with photographers and makeup artists at Aimee-zing Faces in Houston, and freelance makeup and photography for the Houston Rockets Cheerleaders, weddings, headshots, pageants and events. She was featured on Hot on Houston in 2007, gave a hair simulation interview with Lauren Freeman in 2014, and made brow videos for Dominique Sachse's YouTube channel from 2015 to 2020.

Her specialties include microblading, powder brows, eyes and lips, scars and areola, and hair simulation, and she also lists skin correction, skin tightening and skin resurfacing. She maps brow strokes mentally rather than with thread and pencil, aims for the fewest strokes that achieve the shape, structure and color wanted, and favors brows that look believable over mirror images. She uses the S.T.O.P. method and several pigment colors, including insurance colors, intended to help prevent premature graying.
