Medical tattooing, also called paramedical procedures or micropigmentation, is a non-surgical service. Scar camouflage adds color to help a scar blend with the surrounding skin, can restore lost pigmentation and can minimize face-lift scars. Areola restoration after breast reconstruction uses pigments mixed to match each client's surrounding skin. Medical tattooing is offered to patients after surgery or trauma and uses flesh-tone pigments.

A visit starts with a complimentary consultation by email or phone, where pricing is provided. A topical anesthetic is applied for most procedures, which may cause some discomfort. Mild swelling and redness are expected and usually settle quickly, and normal activities can resume right after the procedure.
