Hair color is the core of the menu, covering highlights, balayage, babylights, root touch-ups and glossing, with cutting and blow outs alongside.

The salon aims for guests to feel welcomed and at home, and for a calm setting for people arriving after a long day. It values quality over quantity. Color is priced by the hour for application time only, not processing time, and each team member sets their own hourly rate, which reflects one-on-one time with the colorist or stylist. A complimentary consultation is offered to settle pricing before any service begins.

Booking is done through an online request form. The salon calls within 24 hours to confirm, so a form submission alone does not hold a time. Missing an appointment without cancelling or changing it within 48 hours is charged at 100% of the appointment. Color services are not guaranteed after box dye or a home chemical service, and clients are asked to disclose their full hair history, since damage from undisclosed history is not the technician's responsibility. Complex color may take more than one session, and results can vary.

Bridal work is a large part of the menu. In-salon services include hair and makeup trials, day-of styling and makeup, and clip-in extensions, while on-location services cover day-of hair and makeup, bridesmaid styling and makeup, blow dries and flower girl styling. Full face makeup artistry with lashes is also offered on its own. Treatments include the Oribe Renewal Remedies smoothening treatment and the GK Keratin treatment, and the retail section sells at-home hair products. E-gift cards are available.

Hours are Tuesday 9am to 8pm, Wednesday and Thursday 8am to 9pm, Friday 8am to 7pm and Saturday 8am to 5pm, with the salon closed Sunday and Monday. Children under 10 are welcome in the salon only when they are receiving a service.

Pricing is set by the hour for one-on-one time with each colorist or stylist, and a complimentary consultation settles the cost before any service begins.
