The studio was founded and built from the ground up by its owner, Brandi, who set out to make waxing a better experience for women, with a more comfortable environment and a wax clients do not dread. The business says every detail is deliberate, from the products used to how each client is treated.

Body waxing, eyebrow services and facial waxing are performed by licensed estheticians using high-quality, hypoallergenic wax, with strict sanitation and single-use supplies. Facial waxing is followed by calming aftercare and product suggestions. Men's services, which include beard and body grooming, are offered in private treatment rooms by male technicians. The business describes its Brazilian waxing as painless and says it has mastered the service.

Brow services begin with a shape designed around the client's face structure. Eyebrow tinting adds a natural-looking color meant to make brows look fuller and more defined without makeup, and the shade and strength are matched to skin tone and hair color. Clients are advised to return for brow waxing every three to four weeks and for tint touch-ups every four to six weeks.

Gift vouchers come in $50, $100 or $150 amounts or a custom value, and can be sent to the buyer or to someone else.
