The nail menu covers hygiene manicures and pedicures for women and for men, a Russian gel manicure, a no-chip Russian pedicure, gel extensions, and a bundle that combines a manicure and pedicure in one session. Add-ons include nail art, nail and toe repair, nail hardening, IBX treatments and packages, deep powder removal, gel removal for work done elsewhere, and French tips. Extensions and French tips are not included in the Russian gel manicure or the bundle, so they are booked as add-ons.
The Russian manicure uses an electric file with specialized bits to remove excess cuticle and refine the nail plate before the gel is applied. The salon says it works with sterilized tools, experienced technicians and high-quality products, and that its aim is to bring out each client's own look rather than change it.
New stylists, colorists, nail technicians and estheticians go through an advanced training program when they join. The salon also runs a model program that offers complimentary or discounted services, with applications made through its website, and it lists job openings there as well.
Appointments can be moved or cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice. Without that notice, the full cost of the service is charged.
