Visits can include massage, esthetician work, sauna sessions, wellness treatments, frequency therapy and Access Consciousness sessions. Massage styles range from relaxation and reflexology to hot stone, lymphatic, craniosacral and prenatal work, with sports recovery and therapeutic options for more targeted needs. Facials come in mini, full and extended lengths, and chemical peels and teeth whitening are also offered. Every appointment includes an extra 15 minutes of processing time for staff. Children receiving a service must have an adult present in the room at all times, and some therapists do not work with children. Additional guests are not allowed in treatment rooms. Anyone booking for someone else must give the name and details of the person receiving the service. Specials are booked through the front desk.

Every appointment requires a credit card on file. Cancellations or reschedules are requested at least 24 hours ahead, and changes with less notice, same-day booking or cancelling, and no-shows carry a 50% fee. Flat-rate pricing applies to cash, check and gift card payments, while credit, debit, HSA, ASA, Cash App and Apple Pay carry a 3.5% card fee.

Pregnant clients need to be at least 12 weeks along to book, and pregnancy-safe facials are available, though some wellness and spa services are not pregnancy safe. The spa states it is not certified for sculpting or post-surgery drainage massage and directs post-surgery clients to Lymphatic Enhancement Therapy. Monthly memberships, a Spa Day Package and gift cards round out the offering.
