The color menu runs from single-process refreshes to full foil work. Custom Color is built for copper, vibrant red or violet red, and rich brown. All Over Color is one solid shade, usually used to refresh existing color or move darker. Custom Foil is a full foil balayage with two bowls of lightener, a root melt or root tap, toner, and a blow dry and style; each bowl beyond the two included costs $25 more. Custom Partial Foil concentrates on the top and front to frame the face and keep a balayage looking fresh. Touch Up and Toner maintains balayage without foils, while Mini Glow Foil adds up to 10 foils at the hairline, money piece and crown as an add-on. Root Touch-Up covers gray at the base only, and Gloss/Toner adds shine and tone.

Cuts include women's haircuts with wash and blow dry, and kids' haircuts for ages 5 to 10. Haircuts come in long, mid, shoulder length and layered styles; pixie cuts are not offered. Hair extensions are handled through a 30-minute consultation that covers length and style, followed by application, weft moves, and K-tip removal. Blowouts with extensions are offered on their own. Other services include a Brazilian Blowout, which straightens hair, seals the ends, adds shine and reduces heat styling, and Oliplus, an in-house deep conditioning treatment, plus a scalp treatment.

Hours are Tuesday 10 AM to 4 PM, Wednesday and Thursday 9 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday 8 AM to 2 PM; the studio is closed Monday, Friday and Sunday. Many services require a deposit when booking, and a 15-minute grace period applies to late arrivals.
