Chemical services include relaxer touch-ups, a virgin relaxer for hair with seven months or more of new growth, and a silk press with a demi, semi or permanent color touch-up for four to eight weeks of new growth. Clients new to chemical services book a consultation first, for $50. Some relaxer services are limited to established clients.

General styling covers blow dries and curls on relaxed hair, wrap and curl, rollersets with magnetic rollers, perm rod and flexi rod sets, fingerwaves, shampoo and go, and a frequent silk press for clients who press their hair every one to two weeks. Crochet braids start at $110. Rod set prices may rise with hair length.

Natural hair services include maintenance visits, twist out sets, sets done by shingling or raking, and a seasonal silk press treatment. Most natural hair services include deep conditioning under a hydro steamer. Appointments are booked online. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the appointment, and a $30 charge applies to cancellations made within 24 hours. The Harper Avenue location is open to VIP clients only on Monday to Wednesday, and is open Thursday 11am to 7pm, Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturday 8am to 2pm, and closed Sunday.
