Each visit opens with a consultation and skin assessment. From there, the treatment plan is shaped around the client's skin, objectives and daily routine instead of a set menu. According to the team, they won't recommend products or services a client has no need for. Facials commonly take place every four to six weeks, and that schedule is agreed during the consultation. Bookings must be made online, since walk-ins are not taken. New clients select New Client when booking and should plan to arrive five to ten minutes ahead to fill out an intake form. Opening hours are 10 AM to 6 PM on Monday, 10 AM to 7 PM on Tuesday, and 10 AM to 6 PM from Wednesday through Sunday. Visitors can park on the street at no charge along 30th Street and the nearby residential blocks.

The facial menu ranges from the Signature Ritual Facial, which is customized to each client's skin on the day, to the No Fluff Deep Clean Facial, which focuses on deep cleansing and congestion with no added extras. Other options include the Geneo Glow-O2 oxygen rejuvenation facial, the Dermaplan Express Facial and the Earth and Stone Lymphatic Sculpt, with or without Glow Flow. Acne care comes in three versions: a standard Recover Acne Facial of 90 minutes, a 2-hour Recover Advanced Acne Facial with 45 minutes or more of extractions, and a 30-minute Recover Express Acne Facial booked two weeks after an initial acne facial. Advanced acne clients are asked to stay makeup-free for 24 hours afterward. Chemical peel options include the BioRePeel no-downtime peel, the VI Peel, customized professional peels chosen after consultation, and post-peel extractions. Microneedling is offered for the face, for acne scars, and for fine lines and texture, with numbing cream applied first and three to six sessions about a month apart suggested.

Memberships include the Monthly Ritual Membership at $220 per month, which is limited to 45 clients with room for 10 members per esthetician and runs for six months. Each month it includes one membership facial, a choice of HydroLuxx Hydroderm, Deluxe Organic Enzyme, Back Facial or a limited-edition facial with seasonal products, plus one free service enhancement, 15% off home care products and 20% off additional services. Services with Elisa Muchmore are not part of the membership. Massage memberships pair each client with the same therapist at every visit: a 60-minute plan at $174 per month and a 90-minute plan at $198 per month. Lash Lift & Glaze is a 60-minute semi-permanent lift with pigment glaze that lasts six to eight weeks and needs no extensions; it costs $125, and clients should arrive without eye makeup or contacts and bring their glasses.

Therapeutic massage is offered in 60- and 90-minute sessions, and clinical massage focused on pain, mobility and restoring function is also available and is HSA and FSA eligible. Massage is built on trauma-informed care, with communication, choice and consent guiding each session, and intake covers health history, goals, preferences and areas of concern. Injectables are offered by Dose By Design, a separate and independently owned aesthetic practice in Suite 104A directly behind the studio, reached only through the Peel Simply Skin lobby. Dose By Design is owned by Cathy Tang, PA-C, and has its own services, scheduling, policies and providers.

Each visit begins with a consultation and skin assessment, and plans are built around the client's skin, goals and lifestyle rather than a fixed menu. The team says it does not recommend products or services a client does not need.

Its three treatment rooms are calm and quiet.
