Visits start with finding the cause of a problem. Imaging, including foot and ankle X-rays and ultrasound, is done in the office, and the aim is to identify the structural source of discomfort, lay out the options and show patients how to reduce the chance of pain returning. Non-surgical and regenerative options come first, and surgery is offered when a nonsurgical approach is unlikely to resolve the problem. Same-day appointments are available for sports-related injuries.

The service menu is broad: Keryflex resin nail restoration for damaged or healing toenails, shockwave therapy, custom orthotics made with 3D printing, ingrown toenail removal and matrixectomy, wart and wound care, cortisone injections, and regenerative options including a donated tissue allograft injection and fat pad cushioning.

Membership plans cover families, routine foot care and orthotics. Home visits are available, and visits within 20 miles of the Annapolis office are included in the home visit rate, with prepayment required. Office hours are Monday and Friday from 8:30am to 3:00pm, with Thursday and Saturday appointments by appointment only. The practice participates with Medicare, Aetna, BCBS, Tricare Select, Tricare for Life and Cigna, and it bills UMR and other plans as described on its site.
