Extension packages cover installs, reinstalls and bead move-ups. Keratherapy smoothing is available in two options, Pure Renewal Express at $175 and BrazilianX ONE at $350, and professional treatments from Davines, ÆTHER and Malibu C run from $15 to $50. Waxing for the eyebrows, lip, chin and full face starts at $15, and eyebrow tinting is $25.

Beauty Bank is the salon's savings program: clients invest a monthly amount from $25 to $300 toward services and receive retail discounts from 5% to 20%. Members get a complimentary treatment and blowout in their birthday month, and can start or stop at any time in person or online. Beauty Bank funds cannot be transferred. The salon accepts cash, check, debit, credit, Apple Pay and Afterpay. Cancellations need notice, and no-shows or short-notice cancellations are charged 100% of the scheduled service. Late arrivals may not be able to receive their service, and gratuities are not taken on credit or gift cards, with no tip pooling between stylists and assistants. Gift cards must be presented on the day of service, and no refunds are given for services rendered. Children not receiving a service should stay home when possible. The salon recycles its waste through Terracycle.
