The studio's approach is to give each style the time it needs. Work is done without rushing, without excessive tension and without shortcuts.

Booking is by appointment only. A $35 deposit locks in a time and is paid through Cash App. It is non-refundable if the client cancels and is refunded if the studio cancels, and it is deducted from the final price on the day of service. Clients are asked to wash and blow-dry their hair before arriving. Pricing reflects standard installation, while custom requests, extra length or unusual hair types may change the final cost. Aftercare tips come with every service.

According to the studio, it has served more than 500 clients and holds a 5-star rating. It describes itself as one of Buffalo's go-to African hair braiding studios.

Each style is hand-braided at the studio with time allotted for the work, avoiding rushing, heavy tension and shortcuts.
