Visits are longer and unhurried, with comprehensive labs and direct communication with the care team, and the clinic focuses on lifestyle-based improvements. Functional medicine plans take a root-cause approach to conditions including hypertension, thyroid disorders, perimenopause and menopause, adrenal fatigue, autism and ADHD, and diabetes and insulin resistance. When warranted, the clinic prescribes medications such as antibiotics, hormones, weight loss medications, naltrexone and peptides, and it also uses herbs and supplements.

Ongoing care is organized into membership plans. The Holistic Care Plan includes four 60-minute visits a year, an annual physical, two Qest4 scans, 5% off medspa services and 20% off supplements. The Functional Primary Care Membership includes six 60-minute visits, an annual physical, four Qest4 scans and 20% off supplements. A monthly Functional Medicine Membership covers one 60-minute visit each month, a monthly Qest4 scan, an annual physical, 10% off peptides and 25% off supplements. The Elite Health Plan adds nine yearly visits, thyroid optimization, testosterone injections or hormone pellets, unlimited messaging, four Qest4 scans a year and savings on medspa treatments, peptides and GLP weight loss.

Neurotoxin is priced at 10 dollars per unit. The clinic does not bill health insurance but accepts HSA and FSA cards. Payment is due at the time of service unless a payment plan through Cherry is used. Visits canceled less than 24 hours ahead, or 48 hours ahead for extended functional medicine visits, may be charged the full price, and cancellations must be made by call or text.

The clinic is open Monday through Thursday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm and Friday 8:30 am to 12:30 pm, and is closed on weekends and major holidays. The site says it is licensed in Oklahoma and, for medical weight loss and peptide therapy, in Utah, and that video visits require the patient to be physically in Oklahoma. It also says it donates to Oklahoma Baptist Homes for Children in Owasso and to The Crushing T1 Foundation.
