The salon says it aims for a relaxed, intimate and comfortable space where clients leave feeling confident. Color is the core of the menu, covering balayage, highlights, glosses, root melts, touch-ups and men's camouflage color for gray hair. Color is quoted from a starting price, and the final cost depends on the look wanted and how much color is used. Tape-in extensions require a free 15-minute consultation before booking, which is also a chance to ask questions about extensions and coloring.

Haircuts for men and women are offered alongside shampoo and blowdry services, and hair treatments include a conditioning treatment adjusted to what the hair needs, a metal detox treatment, K-18, and a keratin treatment meant to reduce frizz and strengthen the keratin bonds. The GK Fast Blowdry add-on is a mini keratin treatment for a blowdry that adds shine and smooths hair, and the salon says it cuts drying time in half.

Cancellations or reschedules must be made within 24 hours of the appointment to avoid a charge of 50% of the service fee, and no-call no-shows are charged the full fee.
