Medical oversight comes from Medical Director Pauline Holmberg, and the team includes California-licensed nurse practitioners, registered nurses, estheticians and a microblading technician. Medical treatments require prior medical clearance and written informed consent. The Flintridge location, also called Luminous Flintridge, is where laser treatments are offered.

The facial menu runs from a 50-minute Signature Resurface and Rebuild Facial to an 80-minute CO2 Lift Facial, an 80-minute Gua Sha Facial with double cleanse, double exfoliation and scalp massage, a 75-minute Eminence Illumination Vitamin C Facial, and a 110-minute Ultimate Luxe Treatment that combines microdermabrasion, extractions, Osmosis and LED therapy. Add-ons include LED therapy, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, a brightening or pigmentation peel, and connective tissue massage.

The injectable menu covers three neurotoxins the FDA has approved (Botox, Dysport and Letybo), dermal fillers by Juvederm, Restylane and Sculptra, Skinvive, PRP injections, a lip flip and vitamin B12 shots. IV therapy happens in a private treatment room, with hydrating, beauty, immunity and muscle recovery blends available. The IV ingredients come from licensed compounding facilities, and the FDA has not reviewed these custom mixtures for safety, effectiveness or quality.

Club Park Place is the monthly membership. For $169 a month, members choose one treatment from the membership menu, and a boost for $100 more adds options such as a Back Facial. Members also receive a monthly neurotoxin choice, and loyalty points from Alle or Aspire can be used to add units. Memberships follow a separate membership agreement.

Services are offered by appointment, with medical treatments following medical clearance and written informed consent, and care plans built around each person's goals.
