The salon says its proprietary extension technique was developed in New York City and is designed to minimize touch and pressure on the natural lashes. Each set is customized to the client's natural lashes and the look they want. Extensions are sourced and made in Korea, according to the salon.

The salon describes its focus as healthy lashes, self-care and wellness, and says it avoids overpriced services, add-ons and up-charges. The studio is decorated with natural elements and has a day-spa feel, with a high-end leather recliner for client comfort. Free parking for the first 90 minutes is available at Santa Monica Public Parking Structure #4.

Before a first appointment, clients are asked to disclose allergies, eye conditions, medications and any products they use around the eyes. They should arrive without eye makeup, with lashes free of oil and residue. Caffeinated drinks are not recommended beforehand. Aftercare includes keeping lashes dry for 24 hours, avoiding steam and sweat for 48 hours, and cleaning them daily with an oil-free cleanser; mascara, perms, tints and lash curlers should not be used on extensions.

Park Lashes does not accept refills for extensions applied by other salons. Clients arriving with extensions from elsewhere can have them removed at no charge and are recommended a new full set. Complimentary lash removal is also included with any full set.

The salon focuses on healthy lashes and customizes each set to the client's natural lashes and desired look, using a technique it says minimizes touch and pressure.
