The salon aims for personal, artistic visits shaped around each guest, giving them a few hours of calm, connection and room to express themselves. Refreshments are offered during visits. Some services can take up to six hours, and the salon is not child-proofed, so guests should arrange child care for any service over an hour. Certain looks need upkeep every three to twelve weeks, and future appointments can be pre-booked.
Haircuts come in two lengths: a one-hour custom cut starting at $75 and a 1.5-hour specialty cut starting at $125. Every haircut includes a Hair Facial with a detox scrub, a conditioning treatment and a leave-in repair treatment chosen for the client. Color work covers traditional foiling, lived-in techniques, gloss refreshes and root services, and color correction is priced after a required consultation. Bonding treatments can be added to most services or booked alone, and the salon says they reduce breakage, extend color life and leave hair softer with less frizz for weeks.
Deposits may be required and are non-refundable, though a deposit can carry over if an appointment is moved at least 48 hours ahead. Guests should mention any product allergies before a service begins. With no receptionist, replies to contact form messages may take a day or two. If a need cannot be met in-house, the salon refers guests to another provider. Each year the team chooses local causes to support, including student school trips and youth athletics.
Each stylist works as an independent contractor, setting their own services, prices and schedule, with the aim of personal, tailored visits for every guest.
