Hammam bathing is the salon's main draw. Securing the Michigan state permit required to operate a hammam took roughly two years, and according to the salon it is the only licensed traditional Moroccan bath hammam in the state. Four tiers are offered: a Signature bath for $100; a Honey and Milk bath for $130, lasting around 90 minutes; a Queen bath for $180, running about 2.5 hours and including a classic revitalizing facial, a 20-minute full-body massage, deep conditioning and an argan oil finish; and a Royal bath for $260, around three hours, with a luxury facial, a 20-minute full-body massage, a nourishing hair treatment and a blow-dry. A standalone Moroccan bath paired with a sauna and scrub takes 45 to 60 minutes. Private use applies to the hammam suite, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, so only one guest occupies them at any given time. Treatments use black soap, kessa exfoliation, ghassoul clay and argan oil. Guests receive a robe, swimwear, rubber sandals and a locker, and are asked to avoid shaving for 24 hours before their visit.

Beyond the bath, the menu is broad. Massage options include Swedish, deep tissue, stress relief, reflexology-style foot massage, full body, soothing, spa massage with optional aromatherapy, shiatsu, and lymphatic drainage, with most offered in 30-minute or one-hour sessions. Facials are chosen for skin type and cover dry, oily, combination, sensitive and acne-prone skin, with gold, caviar and collagen options. Nail services include gel, acrylic, dip powder, French tip and nail art, and the salon offers group bookings for weddings and events. Hair care covers cuts, color and highlights, Olaplex bond repair, keratin smoothing, blowouts, braiding and bridal styling with veil setting. Makeup includes event looks from daytime to evening and bridal makeup, with lash strips, individual lashes, lash extensions and lash lifts. Eyebrow services include threading, waxing, tinting, henna and an eyebrow and lip combination, and the founder's daughter leads the eyebrow artistry, microblading and lash work.

Visits start with a phone consultation for first-time clients about skin type, allergies and concerns, and clients are asked to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early for it. The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10:30 AM to 6 PM and is closed Sunday and Monday. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and a small fee may apply for shorter notice. Walk-ins are not accepted for services, and accepted payment methods are confirmed by phone or email.

Each client is given a plan suited to them, with facials tailored to skin type and massage pressure set to personal preference. Services begin with a consultation, and aftercare includes product guidance where relevant.
