Reservations follow a fixed sequence. Every appointment requires a deposit, and deposits cannot be refunded. Extensions include tape-in installs with hair, tape-in full move-ups, tape-in maintenance, sew-in maintenance and braidless sew-ins. The salon recommends tape-in maintenance every four weeks at most, full move-ups every six to eight weeks, and sew-in maintenance two to three weeks after a sew-in.
