New clients start with a 30-minute one-on-one virtual consultation with Nadine, covering hair health, hair history, product recommendations and at-home care. Only after that consultation can a new client book an appointment. Bookings go through the salon's online reservation system and must be confirmed within 24 hours. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Extensions are the core of the menu: full-coverage weaves, K-tip bond installs and maintenance visits, microlink wefts and maintenance, hybrid installs that combine microlink and K-tip, volume wefts, and removals. Haircuts, haircolor, shampoo services, silk presses, styling and wig installs are also available, and add-on services can be included with any booking.

Some policies affect planning. A $50 surcharge applies to appointments before or after regular service hours. A late fee applies when a client arrives more than 10 minutes late. No-shows and late cancellations result in future appointments being denied. Last-minute requests and large groups should text or email for availability. Clients are asked to prepare to pay in cash, and Zelle, tap payments and Cash App are also accepted. Package upgrades and add-ons must be discussed no later than 48 hours before the day of service.

The business also sells hair and skincare products. These include Raw Indian and Paparazzi Approved hair collections, a signature wig collection with ready-to-ship units, and all-natural products described as handcrafted. Online orders ship by USPS, and all sales are final with no returns or exchanges.
