A 15-minute consultation costs $25 and is used to talk through hair texture and the look a client wants. The same conversation can cover extension plans, bridal styling, or a new cut and color. Consultation deposits are non-refundable.

Install services run from in-between sew-ins and half up, half down styles to traditional and versatile sew-ins, flip-over sew-ins, and glueless wig installs in removable or sewn-down versions. Maintenance covers install tightening, shampoo and tighten visits for sew-ins, re-curling wigs previously installed by the studio, and full take-downs with treatment and reinstallation.

Ponytail options include a heat-free gelled ponytail, a sleek extended ponytail, and a Dramatail style that is sewn down. Ponytail, install and maintenance deposits are non-refundable and credited to the remaining balance, and relaxer deposits follow the same credit rule.
