The salon's reception desk is open 9am to 4pm, Tuesday through Saturday. Some stylists work outside those hours, including Sundays and Mondays, but no receptionist is on hand then. Calls and voicemails left over the weekend are returned by noon on Tuesday.

Color services cover global color, full and rootless highlights, custom color and balayage, toners and tone refreshes, and corrective color work. Color correction starts with a free in-salon consultation so pricing can be accurate, and it suits lightened hair being taken darker or dark, artificially colored hair being lightened and toned.

Extensions are hand-tied or invisible bead, both done by certified stylists, with custom color available for an added fee. Invisible bead extensions begin with a complimentary consultation before booking. Booking rules: a missed appointment, or one canceled less than 24 hours ahead, is charged, and so is arriving 15 minutes late in a way that means the service can no longer be performed. Sunday and Monday appointments must be canceled by 4pm Saturday to avoid a charge. Clients unhappy with a service can contact the salon within 7 days to request changes. Children are only welcome in the salon during their own service; bringing one along to an appointment means rescheduling.
