A first visit starts with a conversation about the look a client wants, and a technician recommends a style such as wispy, cat eye, natural or dramatic. Sessions usually run one to two hours, depending on how full a client's natural lashes are. Clients leave with a checklist, a cleaning brush and a spoolie for care at home. The salon describes itself as having a spa environment.

Volume fans are made on the spot rather than premade, which the salon says wrap more naturally. Hybrid sets combine single classic lashes with volume fans and can be styled into celebrity-inspired looks with long classic lashes and volume fill. Classic extensions look glossier and hold their curl well, silk lashes are lighter and more flexible, and mink is the lightest and softest option, which the salon describes as the most luxurious lash extension available.

Fills are recommended every two to three weeks, and every two weeks gives a fuller look. Touch-ups are available only within seven days of the last appointment. A fill needs at least 40 percent of the extensions still attached, and below that a full set is needed. Fills booked more than three weeks and three days after the last visit count as a full set. A two-week break from extensions is recommended every six months before a new full set.

Full sets start at $149 for classic, $179 for hybrid and $209 for volume, with classic touch-ups from $50. Outside fills start at $100 for classic, $115 for hybrid and $145 for volume. A credit card is required to book, and cancellations need 24 hours' notice to avoid a $25 fee. Children are not permitted, and clients should avoid eye makeup on appointment day, though face and brows are fine. Payment is accepted in cash or by card, and tips are welcome.

Each set is built around the client's natural lashes and chosen style, with volume fans made by hand at the appointment. Home care is part of the method, with a checklist and aftercare guidance so extensions last between visits.
