The team has three lash artists, and the site reports more than 2,800 appointments completed since 2024.
The studio is on the second floor of the Balboa Boulevard building, above a Baskin-Robbins and next to the elevator. Visits are by appointment only, with no walk-ins. Public parking is in the building but can fill during busy hours, and legal street parking is available nearby; weekday street cleaning runs from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Every visit begins with a consultation to settle the finish, fullness and texture. Artists customize each set through texture, curl, length, density and mapping, using reference photos as a guide while natural lashes and features shape the final design. Full sets come in Classic, Hybrid / Wet Set and Volume directions: Classic is the most understated, Hybrid balances individual extensions with added dimension, and Volume is the fullest. New clients choose their final style during the consultation rather than before booking. Lash fills are for existing sets only, and the salon does not fill extensions placed by another salon.
Safety and aftercare are part of each visit. The salon uses latex-free lash adhesives, offers a dye-free sensitive option, and keeps sensitive eye pads and lubricating eye drops for clients with sensitivities. Patch testing may be required for some products, and no service is performed over active irritation in the treatment area. A follow-up message arrives about two days after each appointment, and concerns reported within three calendar days can receive one complimentary fix of up to 20 minutes.
Each set is built around the client's features and goals, supported by team training, client check-ins and shared standards. Disinfection practices, integrity and professionalism guide the work.
Set on the second floor above a Baskin-Robbins, the studio is intended to feel relaxing.
