Pampered Princess Spa offers parties for girls, each built around a themed craft or hands-on activity alongside spa services. The 10 Princess Spa Packages are for 6 to 10 princesses, with some options going up to 20, and run about three hours. The 5 Princess Spa Packages are for five princesses including the birthday girl and last about an hour and a half.

Themes include decorating a doll or a pillow, painting a canvas, designing a treasure box, album or frame, decorating a ceramic teacup, and making slime. A Create-A-Bear party includes a 16-inch bear with a birth certificate, a wishing star and a carry-home box. Most 10-package parties let each guest choose three of four services from mini manicure, mini pedicure, makeup and facials, and close with a spa robe, a birthday toast, a runway show and music.

Mobile spa bus parties take the spa to the party, with the traveler's fee included in the price. They are for up to seven girls, or eight for the PPS on the GLOW party, and run one hour and 45 minutes, or two hours for Girls Just Wanna Have Fun. Only one adult per party rides on the bus, and nails must be free of polish when the party starts. Girls Just Wanna Have Fun uses polish-only mini pedicures with no soaking.

Spa day visits are open to other customers, so they are not private, and one or two adults may attend. Single services are sold on their own, including a mani for $22, a pedicure for $30, and a facial mask with steam for $15. The business describes its spa services as children's entertainment.

Hours are Monday through Thursday by appointment only, Friday and Saturday 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, and Sunday 11:00 am to 8:00 pm. Friday through Sunday are reserved for appointments and private parties, so clients are asked to call for availability. Party deposits are a non-refundable $150 that comes off the final price; spa day bookings take a $50 deposit and spa service appointments take $25 per girl. Deposits cannot be moved to other services. Zelle is accepted with the party date and time in the message, and credit card payments carry a 3% fee. Hosts may arrive 15 minutes early, guests are admitted 10 minutes before party time, and everyone should be ready to leave within 15 minutes after the party ends.

Each party is organized around one themed activity, a few mini spa services and a closing runway show, so the visit has a clear structure from arrival to departure.
