The salon describes waxing as what it is known for, and it is led by founder Yeni, a licensed cosmetologist and esthetician. The Brazilian menu has three tiers: a Basic Brazilian covering the front only, a Regular Brazilian that reaches the perineum but not all the way back, and a Full Brazilian that covers the front, perineum and back. A New Client Brazilian is priced lower for first-timers, and prebooking the next Brazilian before leaving the salon brings the price down with no membership or monthly fee.

Ingrown extractions are also available. Clients who are new to waxing are walked through each step of the process, and the salon adjusts its waxes and techniques to each client's hair, skin, pain tolerance and anatomy.

Facials include an Introductory Facial, a 30-minute appointment for clients who are unsure which treatment suits them. It includes a full skin analysis, deep cleanse, exfoliation, a masque chosen for problem areas and a moisturizer. Other facials address acne, brightening, barrier repair, oxygen and stress relief. Skin lightening treatments for the inner thigh, intimate area and underarms are aimed at dark spots such as acne scars and hyperpigmentation, and underarm lightening can be booked as one session or a package of three.

Before a wax, clients are asked not to shave for two to three weeks and to let hair grow to at least a quarter inch. If hair is longer than half an inch, trimming is suggested instead of shaving. Tanning is discouraged within 24 hours of an appointment, and a body scrub two days ahead is advised. Showering that day is fine, though hot water is not recommended. Wipes are provided on arrival, and portable bidets are sold in the salon.

Appointments are booked through the GlossGenius page, and some services require a deposit at booking. Walk-ins are accepted but not guaranteed, so calling first at (773) 484-7363 is advised. Hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 12 to 2 PM, and Saturday from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM. The salon is closed Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.

Waxes and techniques are adjusted to each client's hair, skin, pain tolerance and anatomy. First-time clients are guided through each step of their appointment.
