Services are grouped into Brazilian and bikini waxing, facial waxing, full body and back-and-leg waxing, underarm waxing, men's grooming waxes, makeup, and packages that combine waxing with makeup. Facial waxing can be booked by single area, or as a two-area or three-area combination, and a full face wax covers the forehead, brows, lip, chin, neck, cheeks, sideburns, nose, and ears. Full body waxing covers the underarms, legs, arms, back, chest, stomach, and buttocks, and Manzilian can be added to it.
Before a session, the studio asks clients to let hair grow to roughly a quarter inch and to hold off on shaving for at least two weeks. Showering beforehand is requested, and oils, lotions and deodorant should be left off the areas being treated. For 24 to 48 hours after a session, avoid strenuous exercise, saunas and hot tubs. Anyone who has a burn from the sun, open skin, a rash or notable irritation in the area to be treated should reach out to the studio before scheduling.
Booking requires a deposit, with terms shown during booking. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 3 hours' notice and can be made by text. Late cancellations may incur a fee of 50% of the service price, and no-shows are charged the full scheduled price. Arrivals are held to a 10-minute grace period, and the studio asks clients to communicate respectfully, reserving the right to end an appointment without refund if conduct boundaries are crossed.
The studio is open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Friday and Saturday from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. Walk-in appointments are available, and the studio can be reached at (205) 493-4134 or info@pamperyoustu.com.
