Mary Fennello founded the studio in 1998, and it now works as a makeup studio that blends and customizes cosmetics, tools and cases. Services include makeup applications, private lessons, custom blended cosmetics and advanced training.

A studio visit is one-on-one. Makeup work starts with correction and moves on to color, and products are only sold to clients when they are needed. Custom blends can be made in person, or from a close-up photo of clean skin along with the client's answers to a set of questions. A free sample blend is offered for $3.00 postage.

Makeup can also be done on location for weddings, business photos, senior portraits, formals and other special occasions. On-location bookings carry a $95.00 travel fee charged once per group, with a minimum of 2 people or $245.00, and additional fees may apply outside the Phoenix metro area. The studio also runs free makeup seminars for groups of 6 or more, and a complimentary women's makeover seminar for at least 6 women, lasting 3 hours or more and including refreshments and a raffle. Gift certificates are available.

Sessions move through correction first, then color and application, and products are sold only when needed.
